Summary Financial Results for July 2026

Income in July was $53,032 which was below the budget of $82,045 by ($29,013).  For the first seven months of the year, income is under budget by ($51,425).  Our net deficit for the first 7 months is ($55,279) compared to a budgeted deficit of ($25,040). The mortgage balance, after the July payment of $2,270 (principal $662 and interest $1,608), is $347,131.
